  • Our 13-day cleanse will be laid out in depth within your workbook. It will help you clear your body, mind, and aura through adding in nourishment (think healthy eating, movement, expression, ritual baths, blessing practices) and removing anything that could be getting in the way of hearing your soul.

  • In~Tunements activate your own specific energy to spark the internal calling of your own unique healing gifts and offerings intended for yourself and the world. The experience is similar to a Reiki attunement, but the difference is you are not attuning your energy to an outside frequency. Rather, you are IN~TUNING your energy to your own divine frequency.
