TODAY IS THE DAY

Today is the day I wake to a new dawn in my experiencing and take accountability and responsibility for this precious life by practicing the medicines of patience, presence and perseverance.

Today is the day I decide to walk away from any practice that teaches polarity rather than receptivity.

Today is the day I put down the unending multi generational conditioning of selfishness and materialism that has me stuck in a cycle of not believing I am enough as I am.

Today is the day I DeManifest my own dogmas and the dogmas I was taught, the rules, rigidity, righteousness, the judgement and shame.

Today is the day I emancipate myself from a toxic will that has kept me from understanding my connection and part within unity consciousness.

Today I heal the fear that is trapped in my toxic will that kept me from understanding that
I am forgiven I am forgiveness
I am love I am loved
I am freedom I am free

Today is the day I set the intention to be grateful for what I have.
Today is the day I choose to practice guerilla generosity for no other reason than it feels good to do.
Today is the day I vow to continue with my demanifestation as this is healing work that has no end in sight.
And with my new found freedom I wish to set an example and inspire you to spread your wings and join me.
