These words came to me as a part of a longer song a while back from the Lunaria plant, also aptly known as Honesty.

The spirit of this plant can help us strip down and get truly honest with ourselves so that we can hear the call of our inner voice.

I’ve crafted this bath for you to tune into the Honesty within.

INGREDIENTS

Lunaria flower

Cedar

Pink Himalayan salt

Rose and pine essential oils

Amethyst crystals

RITUAL

• Place all the ingredients in the bath at a temperature of your choosing.

• Light a candle.

• Cleanse your aura with a selenite wand.

• Hold an amethyst crystal in your left hand and place any other crystal allies around you in the water.

• Begin breathing at your own pace, taking two inhales through the nose and one exhale out of the mouth and finding your own rhythm.

• Tap into your own rhythm, your own heart, your own truth.

• Soak in the energy you’ve created.
